Update: As previously said this morning (video) ES tested daily high failed and went straight back to Pivot level (pink dotted line). We will see in the coming hors whether it will hold 50ma or break the lows of the day which i will take as opportunity to short if stochastics cross downwards and RSI goes below 50. Please take into consideration the lower then average volume that futures contracts are trading past few days and also FOMC notes at 2pm ET and Bernake at 4.10pm ET
